斯里蘭卡與台灣

In Cameron's view, Ceylon(錫蘭島) was an especially favorable field for experimenting with legal reform because, unlike India, " the courts of justice in that island, and the forms of their procedure are, without exception, the creations of the British Government, and have not in the eyes of the natives anything of the sanctity of religion or of antiquity."
